I brought my Subaru here multiple times, and will keep coming back. Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable, and will provide honest feedback and recommendations. The customer service is better than what I have found at nearly all other auto shops, and they help with the logistics of bringing in your car or dropping your car back off with you. I would recommend them to anyone in the Lansing area.

First time customer and they are "all" so kind, honest, professional, I was in shock because you never get this anymore. Awsome service honest people

I had run out of coolant and my car started smoking. I called them and explained the situation and they were able to send somebody over to take me home and sent out a tow truck. I believe Steve was the one who took me home, he was super awesome and very helpful. They made sure to keep in touch and call me with every update they had. They were super quick and very accommodating. I was only without a vehicle for a few hours and they even let me pick it up after close since I was busy. Super super friendly! They diagnosed the issue and only fixed what needed to be fixed right then and there and suggested I keep an eye on anything else that may be wrong. Turned around a very bad day for me :)

I was in town for the day and had tire problems. The gave me a nickel tour of the town and university, dropped me off to get a bite to eat and pick me up when I was done. Repair was done soon after I returned. I was glad I had troubles in Lansing because they were easily able to help me out. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend using Darin and crew for your next service.
