Take your car here. Everyone here is amazing. These guys are fair and honest and will always shoot you straight and be up front with you. I have a car that has had some interesting issues. Vision has always figured out the problem, laid out the options for me and gotten me back on the road as quickly as they can. They are very communicative and helpful. Plus they will come pick up and drop off your car when finished. I've never written a facebook review of anything, but wanted to make sure these guys get all the props they deserve. Thanks Josh and Luke!!

Don’t get your fluid changed here but the manager has great customer service. These guys are extremely busy but they took the time to quote prices for labor, parts, as well as advise me with different (options) of how to fix my foreign car (Honda Accord). I was not rushed or pressured into making a decision and their prices are within budget and reasonable. Darren is personable in person and over the phone. In addition, they have a pick up and delivery service with flexible availability which they were more than willing to work with my schedule.

Luke Beals and the entire staff at Vision Tire and Auto are phenomenal. They addressed my questions and concerns knowledgeably and promptly. The pick up and drop off service is amazing...I never even missed my car! I highly recommend this business.

Excellent service once again today from Vision Tire and Auto - Lansing! Dead battery in my truck this weekend - jump started the truck this morning at home, called Luke at Vision on my way in to the office, they came and picked up my truck, replaced the battery, changed the oil, and dropped the truck back off to my office before lunch. If you're not using Vision Tire & Auto, you're doing automobile ownership wrong.

I've had them work on four of my vehicles. I will not go anywhere else any more. They have gone above and beyond what I call customer service. Always fast, always friendly, and extremely reasonably priced. It actually was never about price, they earned my business after the first experience.

These guys do a tremendous service and are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. My entire family goes to them to service our vehicles!

Always helpful place with good prices
