Luke Beals and the entire staff at Vision Tire and Auto are phenomenal. They addressed my questions and concerns knowledgeably and promptly. The pick up and drop off service is amazing...I never even missed my car! I highly recommend this business.

Don't like the staffs. I don't trust them

Excellent service once again today from Vision Tire and Auto - Lansing! Dead battery in my truck this weekend - jump started the truck this morning at home, called Luke at Vision on my way in to the office, they came and picked up my truck, replaced the battery, changed the oil, and dropped the truck back off to my office before lunch. If you're not using Vision Tire & Auto, you're doing automobile ownership wrong.

I've had them work on four of my vehicles. I will not go anywhere else any more. They have gone above and beyond what I call customer service. Always fast, always friendly, and extremely reasonably priced. It actually was never about price, they earned my business after the first experience.

These guys do a tremendous service and are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. My entire family goes to them to service our vehicles!

Outstanding place to get your car repaired. The pick up and drop off service is great. Customer service is excellent! You can't beat the prices and the people.

I love Vision Tire and Auto. As a mom of two young children, it's hard to coordinate getting my vehicle dropped off, be without a car, and then pick it back up - all while swapping out car seats etc. It is a huge plus and blessing to have Vision come and PICK UP my car at my house and return it when the work is completed. Both times I've used Vision they've returned the car in the same day! I've worked with Josh and Luke and both were incredibly helpful. So grateful to have found this shop!

A pleasure to work with these guys. Hyundai of South Lansing quoted me $2500 to replace some brake components. These guys did it for under $300 with used parts. I'm delighted to do business when they charge reasonably. Fast Service, friendly, only used Vision once, but I will be returning.

The staff are some of the most amazing people I have ever met -- very friendly, considerate, and honest. They fit me in their schedule, even when they were slammed. I have never had such a pleasant experience with with an auto shop ever. I highly recommend Vision Tire and Auto in Lansing, MI.
